The Book The Acts of the Apostles tells the story of the early days of Christian church, as the early believers to figure out how to be the church, especially in strange and new contexts. It is an action-packed and exciting story that involves struggle, shipwrecks, and the amazing story of the people of God discovering the power of God behind them to share the story of Jesus Christ across the globe.

In this unsettling time of trying to figure out how to be the church when we are not able to gather together in person, I thought it might be an apt time to read this book together. We will start the day after Easter Sunday, and finish at Pentecost - a total of 50 days. Many in our parish have found daily reading of the bible, through the Good Book Club, or with our Lenten Devotional, both enriching and grounding. If you have not yet explored this practice, we invite you to join us now.

There will be a series of reflection groups. Some are listed below and more will be added in the days to come. They will meet on Zoom initially, and I hope later in person. If you would like to form another group, please let me know.
